We are dedicated to helping people of all ages to have enriching experiences that will change their lives.

About Us

Life is based on choices. The nature of the choice is such that there is no right path---just the chosen path and the other path. We try to offer experiences that will help people make choices about who they want to become and to grow from that experience.

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Mia McMillan, MS LCMCH

have called North Carolina my home since 2018 with my husband and our 2 children. I obtained my master's degree in counseling at Radford University in 2014 and I have been working in the mental health field ever since.

During that time, I have been working with children and their families as well as adults. I've come to learn there is no single therapeutic approach that best suits every person, so I utilize an eclectic approach to find what works best with you and your family. Some of these techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
